⌂ Properly maintain the condition of the rental property by providing an organized maintenance program, using local vendors with strict pricing guidelines to provide quality maintenance services. We also keep excellent records of maintenance completed and track and collect any maintenance billing which is the responsibility of the resident.

⌂ Sell the property when you are ready. Our property management staff and sales staff will work closely to transition the property from management to a “for sale” property if and when the property owner chooses to sell the property.
